Shocking Internet Services began operations February 1,
1996. With only 10 modems, a server and a whole lot of
ambition, Shocking began its journey to becoming the North
Valley's smartest choice for Internet access. In
January of 1997, Shocking changed ownership and underwent
major organizational restructuring allowing the company
to reach its current status.
