I have lived in Chico for about 14 years. During
that time, I have been off-and-on enrolled at
Chico State. I have always been very involved with
student rights and campus activism. in many and varied ways.
I have witnessed many historical
events on campus and I have met and
worked with many historical figures here too.
The articles you see here are as they were
published. I have not yet gone through with
comments to correct the errors of fact.

Whitney Hall Drug Bust
- On November
14, 1996, the university conducted an undercover
drug bust in the dorms. Ten students were
arrested. In my capacity as President of the Chico
Cannabis Coalition, I organized protests.
Ultimately all criminal charges were dropped.

Stories from my term as Director of Academic Affairs

May 15, 1998 - May 15, 1999. I was the elected
official charged with representing the student
body on academic affairs including all policies
made on the campus and CSU level. In this capacity
I was a director of a Non Profit Public Benefit
Corporation with annual revenue over $20 Million,
and acted on behalf of, and in the interest of the
student body.
